These conditions regulate and are applicable to all sales made from the website www.growthejungle.com. Placing any order assumes that you have read and accepted these conditions of sale. If you wish, you can print a copy of this document, in order to facilitate future references as well as your knowledge.

Orders

All orders can be placed online or by phone. An order is not final until it is accepted by The Jungle. Any stipulation that repeals or completes these general conditions of sale will be considered accepted by the Client if there is no written response from the Client.

Changes and cancellations

To make changes or cancellations to your order, we ask you to contact us in writing, email, telephone or fax within a maximum period of ONE day from the date of order confirmation.

Way to pay

Unless specifically stipulated, the products are paid by bank transfer or other means made available by The Jungle.

Delivery

The delivery time will be subject to stock, with normal delivery times being between 3 and 5 business days.

Pricing

The prices of the products offered by The Jungle through its website www.growthejungle.com include VAT. Shipping costs to the destination are not included in the catalog prices and will be calculated depending on the shipping address. They are valid, except for typographical errors or omissions at the time of placing the order.

Return of products

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
• If the return occurs within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return, which are set at 10% of the price of the product and the shipping costs caused by said return.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product is not presented in perfect condition, unsealed and with original packaging.
• Under no circumstances will returns of an unsealed, manipulated or used product be accepted, no matter how lightly its use has been.
• For a product to be accepted for return, it must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received.
• All returns must be authorized by The Jungle.
